Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iPentesting website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by KAAI TECH LLC ("KAAI TECH," "we," "us," or "our").

iPentesting is a product and brand of KAAI TECH LLC. iPentesting is operated as a subsidiary brand of KAAI TECH LLC. KAAI TECH LLC is the legal entity responsible for the iPentesting service, website, and customer agreements.

By creating an account, running a scan, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use paid features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

iPentesting provides safe, non-invasive public-facing security checks for domains you own or have authorization to scan.

The Service includes security scoring, findings, reports, alerts, and educational content. Results reflect checks performed at the time of the scan and may not identify all vulnerabilities.

The Service does not replace a full penetration test, legal advice, compliance certification, incident response, or a certified security audit.

You may only scan domains you own or for which you have explicit written authorization from the domain owner.

You may not use the Service for unauthorized testing, harassment, competitive sabotage, or any unlawful purpose.

You may not attempt to circumvent plan limits, abuse scanning infrastructure, scrape the Service, or reverse engineer our software except where prohibited by law.

All paid subscriptions and recurring charges for iPentesting are billed and processed by KAAI TECH LLC through our payment provider, Stripe. Your card or bank statement may show KAAI TECH LLC, IPENTESTING, or a similar descriptor.

Paid plans are offered on monthly or annual billing cycles. Prices are shown at checkout and in your account before purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of KAAI TECH LLC. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting billing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Free trials, when offered, convert to the Free plan unless you upgrade to a paid plan before the trial ends. Trial terms shown in the product at the time you start the trial apply.

We may change pricing for new subscribers with notice on our website. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable advance notice of material price changes where required by law.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Charge disputes should be directed to billing support promptly.

The Service, including software, branding, reports, and content we create, is owned by KAAI TECH LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your domain data and scan results. We grant you a license to use reports generated for your organization.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or our content except as expressly permitted (for example, sharing PDF reports with your clients on eligible plans).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that scans will be error-free, uninterrupted, or complete. Security posture can change at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAAI TECH LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAAI TECH LLC from claims arising out of your unauthorized scanning, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users or infrastructure.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.

Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
